What would spring be without asparagus?
The delicious sprout not only peeps out and delights palates from March to the end of May, but is also the star of exhibitions and food and wine events in the Marca Trevigiana, throughout the entire production period.
Even the newspapers La Tribuna and Il Gazzettino, on Sunday 8 April and Friday 13 April respectively, reserved much space for the asparagus, defined as ‘pearls of pure quality’… and we can’t hide our satisfaction at seeing our yellow label in the foreground photo!
