Part of our production comes from asparagus trees planted in greenhouses.

Thanks to greenhouse cultivation, we are able to bring the production season forward by 20 days to about a month. That is why already at the end of January the greenhouses are set up and the baulatura for the white asparagus rows is completed! Then it is just a matter of waiting for the plants to germinate….
