Procedure

Clean the asparagus, then cut the stalks into rounds, and cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Whisk them with a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. If necessary add the necessary cooking water to obtain the desired consistency. I simply sautéed the tips in a pan with a drizzle of oil, and a light sautéing of spring onion, and left them nice and crispy.
