We ended up… in the pizza!

Pizza is a staple of Italian cuisine.  It is present on every table. Children love it and adults never tire of enjoying it.

The beauty of pizza lies in its toppings. Alongside the classics, pizzas with seasonal ingredients linked to the territory are often offered.

Here, Vito in his takeaway pizzeria ‘Al Capriccio’ in Villanova d’Istrana (TV) prepares two variations with our succulent asparagus!

Combining the mastery of his hands and the main product of our asparagus fields, two delicacies are born, which funnily enough echo the local toponymy.

At ‘Capriccio’ you can order the Badoere pizza with tomato, mozzarella, fresh asparagus and egg, or the Morgano pizza with tomato, mozzarella, fresh asparagus, and rolled bacon.

In short, it’s really mouth-watering!
